Description

Short title: Burton v Mackworth.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Burton.

Defendant(s): Thomas Mackworth, John Farmer, William Farmer, Samuel Garbett.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to land called "The Bylett, being a small island "encompassed with the river of Severne" and opposite plaintiff's lands, in the township of Atcham, called "The Newlands" and "The Neckneys" and to lands of the defendants in the township of Cronckhill. Metes and bounds.

County/place: Shropshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1664.
