Subject of depositions: Forest of Dean in Gloucester. Touching an injunction of Court of Exchequer "for the queting" of plaintiff "in the possession of a `Sough or pitt,' near a place called Aywood alias Highwood, in the said forest" etc. Alleged contempt of Court committed by defendants.
County/place: Gloucestershire.
Date of commission: 23 November 1646.
