Description

Short title: Spencer v Nulls.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Spencer, Arthur Spencer, merchant.

Defendant(s): Sir John Nulls, kt, Robert Barker, Philip Williams, and others.

Subject of depositions: Importation of tobacco by plaintiffs from St Christopher, in the West Indies, to the Port of Aberthaw, in South Wales, in the years 1636, 1637, etc. Customs, dues.

County/place: Glamorgan; West Indies.

Date of commission: 26 November 1646.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 7 January 1647 at Penmark.
