Short title: Earl of Huntingdon v Skipwith.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Earl of Huntingdon.

Defendant(s): Henry Skipwith, Simon Rugeley, Gertrude Dixon, widow, William Foulds, Thomas Dawson, John Nicholas.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Loughborough, in Leicester. Custom of "suit and grist" to the ancient mills there.

County/place: Leicestershire.

Date of commission: 13 June 1638.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 26 September 1638 at Loughboro'.
