Plaintiff(s): Sir John Banks, kt (Attorney General) by the relation of Francis Earl of Cumberland and Henry Lord Clifford, his son and heir apparent, His Majesty's farmers of the castle, soccage, manor, and demesnes of Karliell.
Defendant(s): John Sealby, Robert Railton, Richard Barrow.
Subject of depositions: Castle, manor, and demeasnes of Karliel. Whether lands called "Langlands ", "Hubberby Feld" and Burdland alias "Bleckhall Holme" are parcel of such demeasnes.
County/place: Cumberland.
Date of commission: 13 June 1638.
