Plaintiff(s): Miles Halton, Henry Baxter, John Hewer, the younger, Christian Topping, John Baxter, George Richardson, Thomas Head, John Barker, of Rawfoote, Richard Ritson, John Munckhouse, John Brisby, the elder, William Wood, John Clarke, John Munckhouse, of Branckenhill, Rowld.Head, John Stockdale, William Coleman, William Mason, Richard Cape.

Defendant(s): Thomas Cumber, DD, Dean of the Cathedral Church of Carlisle, Lancelot Dawes and John Fletcher, Doctors of Divinity, Barnard Robinson and Thomas Fairfax, clerks, etc. of the Cathedral Church, being the Dean and Chapter of Cathedral Church.

Subject of depositions: Manor, lordship, vicarage, and parish of Castle Sowerby, and the forest of Inglewood (Cambridgeshire). Metes and bounds. Tithes.
