Description

Short title: Waddington v Leche.

Plaintiff(s): Matthew Waddington, clerk, vicar of Chesterfield (Derbyshire).

Defendant(s): Sir Edward Leche, kt.

Subject of depositions: Rectory or parsonage and vicarage of Chesterfield (Derbyshire), belonging to the Dean of Lincoln Cathedral, and the lands belonging in Newbold, Brymington, Taplow, Callow,Hasland. Tithes. Also touching the chapelries of Brampton and Wingerworth.

County/place: Derbyshire.
