Description

Short title: Lumysden v Sanders.

Plaintiff(s): Nathaniel Lumysden, one of the messengers of the Exchequer Chamber (by affidavit).

Defendant(s): John Sanders of Woodend (North'ton) yeoman.

Subject of depositions: Resistance of defendant to a levy made by plaintiff of "His Ma'ty rents, fines, and amerciam'ts that were behind and unpaidby the tenants and occupiers of his Ma'ty lands in certain schedules subscribed by auditor Phillips for North'ton and Rutland. ".

County/place: Northamptonshire.
