Description

Short title: Bishop of Norwich v Hobart.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Bishop of Norwich.

Defendant(s): Sir John Hobart, kt and baronet, Henry Hobart.

Subject of depositions: Manor called "The Lathes" lying in Hoveton St Peter's (Norfolk), and a water or fishing called "The Bronfenne" alias "Burnt Fenne." Metes and bounds. Right of fishing.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 16 June 1630.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 21 September 1630 and 7 October 1630 at Norwich.
