Short title: Attorney General v Ditchfield.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Heath, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Edward Ditchfield, John Highlord, Humfrey Clarke, Francis Mosse, William Williams, Robert Mitchell, Walter Marks, Robert Marsh.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Benton (Pembrokeshire), and the woods and commons belonging. Common of pasture and estovers. Customs of manor.
