Short title: Mayor of Weymouth v Crossinge.

Plaintiff(s): The mayor, aldermen, bailiffs, burgesses, and commynaltie of the boro' and town of Weymouth and Melcomb Regis, and Jeremiah Babbidge, merchant.

Defendant(s): Thomas Crossinge, one of the aldermen of the city of Exeter (Devon).

Subject of depositions: Ports of Weymouth and Exeter. Whether the merchants, citizens, or freemen of the city of Exeter (Devon) are liable to the payment of petty customs in the port of Weymouth (Dorset)?.
