Description

Short title: Simpson v Heard.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Simpson, water bailiff for the liberties of the port and town of Colchester.

Defendant(s): John Heard, Giles Wigoner.

Subject of depositions: Town of Colchester, and the liberties and precincts upon the River Colne, belonging to the town, and the manor of Wivenho, formerly belongingto the Earls of Oxford. Metes and bounds. Privileges. Fees for wharfage, etc.

County/place: Essex.
