Short title: Spiller v Manne.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Henry Spiller, kt, lord of the manor of Elsfield.

Defendant(s): John Manne and Elizabeth his wife, Edward Neast, William Cook, and others.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Elsfield or Eldersfield (Worcestershire). Customs of manor as to payment of heriots. Survey.
