Description

Short title: Tynte v Tenan.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Tynte, Richard Warre.

Defendant(s): Richard Tenan and others.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Weston, Marlynch, and Greynton (Somerset), late of Sir Edward Dyer, mortgaged to Queen Elizabeth, and afterwards sold by the King's Commission to Sir Peter Vanloar, kt, towards the payment of Sir Edward's debts. Touching the debts generally, and alleged unjust claims made by defendant on the estate of Sir Edward [Sir Francis Gofton, kt, one of the King's auditors, and Edward Dyer, deceased, cousin and next heir of Sir Edward are mentioned].
