Plaintiff(s): Henry Brown.

Defendant(s): Richard Wells.

Subject of depositions: Rectory or parsonage of Ockington, demised by Queen Elizabeth to Robert Wells otherwise Atwell, remainder to Edmund and John Atwell otherwise Wells. Did John grant his remainder to William Wells otherwise Atwell, and was Robert cognizant of and did he assent to same?.

County/place: Gloucestershire.
