Description

Short title: Smith v Bright.

Plaintiff(s): Nicholas Smith, son of William Smith (late customer of Yarmouth), and his wife Anne.

Defendant(s): Nicholas Bright and his wife Anne.

Subject of depositions: Cost of the maintenance of Anne Smith and Anne Bright, after the death of William, alleged by plaintiff to have been defrayed by him; and suspected making away with the money left by Anne Smith, by defendant Anne.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 29 November 1602.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 13 January 1603 at Yermouth.
