Description

Short title: Coke v Terry.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Coke, esq, Her Majesty Attorney General.

Defendant(s): Stephen Terry, Thomas Terry.

Subject of depositions: Waste called White Mondesley, otherwise White Mondesley Down, in the parish of Odiham (Southampton), the manor of South Warneburrow, the manor of Odiham (Hampshire), and the manor of Long Sutton (Hampshire), belonging to the Dean and Chapter of Winchester), in the occupation of defendant StepHenry Alleged intrusion of defendants into such waste. Metes and bounds. Perambulation. Common of pasture.
