Plaintiff(s): Robert Pake, farmer of the Queen's tithe of Ardenhall, in Horndon.
Defendant(s): Thomas Taylor, Thomas Fisher, Robert Wilmot, clerk, vicar of Horndon (Essex).
Subject of depositions: Parsonage of Horndon (Essex), belonging to the Dean and Chapter of St Paul, London, and the manor of Ardenhall (Essex), lying on the east side of the highway leading from Horndon to Downton (Essex). Tithes. [Mr. Bicknell, sometime vicar of Horndon, Mr Bretten, sometime farmer of Ardenhall, and John Pake, arbitrator, are mentioned].
County/place: Essex.
Date of commission: 10 February 1599.
