Subject of depositions: Tenement called "Chalton's" in Itam and Wroteham (Kent), and a tenement in Ploxtoll, called "ye Spowle" late in the possession of "one Storier" Robert Steddell, and Henry Makepeace, and "one Aldrige." Alleged trespass of defendants on said lands. Touching also the lands of Sir Christopher Allen (late of "the Mote" Kent), and his son Charles Allen.
