Description

Short title: Dale v Nedeham.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Dale, son of William Dale.

Defendant(s): John Nedeham.

Subject of depositions: Leases of a farm called "Fisher's Farm, in the parish of St Peter, in Litchurch town; whether parcel of Litchurch Manor, and formerly belonging to Anthony Babington, attainted of high treason? whether parcel of the late monastery of Darley (Derbyshire). [The names of Thomas Henry, Anthony and Francis Babington, Francis Molyneux, Robert Hayes, Francis Beaumont, one of the justices of the Common Pleas, George Babington, lands of Anthony Babington, attainted, given by Her Majesty to Sir [Walter] Rawley, kt, Mr Brabson, and John William Fisher, are mentioned].

County/place: Derbyshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1599.
