Description

Short title: Traynholme v Wilson.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Traynholme, of East Harlsey (Yorkshire).

Defendant(s): Marmaduke Wilson, William Wilson.

Subject of depositions: Manor and town of East Harlsey (Yorkshire). Right of common of pasture in grounds there, called "Dalebank" alias "Wyker Dale Bank ", "The Pett Raynes ", "Netheridge Holmes ", "The Becks" alias "Wyker Becks" and "Wyker Dale" parcel of the late monastery of Ryvalx (Yorkshire). Metes and bounds.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1599.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 16 and 27 April 1599 at Thirsk.
