Description

Short title: Lloyd v Lewis.

Plaintiff(s): Matthew Lloyd, Stephen Donne, and others, the inhabitants and tenants bordering the forest of Colowyne.

Defendant(s): John Lewis.

Subject of depositions: Forest of Colowyn (Radnorshire), the common, "mountain" or waste ground called "Myneth y Garn" in Kygryna parish, and the lordship or manor of Elvell (Radnorshire). Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. Alleged encroachment on the forest.
