Description

Short title: Wigglesworth v Brabant.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Wigglesworth, John Hadderick, John Gadge.

Defendant(s): Charles Brabant (keeper of the Middle Park of Raby), John Hutton (keeper of the West Park of Raby), Thomas Bailes (pallacer of all the parks of Raby).

Subject of depositions: Middle Park, East Park, and West Park, of Raby (in the hands of the Crown by the attainder of Chas. late Earl of Westmorland). Alleged injury to said park and plaintiffs' cattle caused by defendants. Privileges of keepers, in the park. Common of pasture.

County/place: Durham.
