Plaintiff(s): Edward Jones.

Defendant(s): William Jones.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in Kellilyfday alias Kelliloveday (Flintshire), in the township of Caldcott (Flintshire). [The names of Rees ap Gruffith ap Pella, his daughters Katherine, Elizabeth, Janet, and Ales (Katherine married to Williamap John, defendant's grandfather), John ap William, Evan ap William, Howell ap William (the three sons of said William and Katherine), John ap William (defendant's father), Kynnerick ap Jevan, Edward ap Kynnerick, Thomas ap Gruffith, Hugh Dap, clerk, Rees ap Thomas, are mentioned as former owners, of the premises].
