Short title: Langdale v Etherington.

Plaintiff(s): Marmaduke Langdale.

Defendant(s): George Etherington, William Etherington.

Subject of depositions: Ground called "Cattleholme" the house of the late collegiate church of Lowthrop, the rectory and church of Lowthrop, and the chapel of Rustow. Tithes. [Sir Robert and Sir Marmaduke Constableare mentioned].
