Description

Short title: Vicars v Typper.

Plaintiff(s): The Vicars Choral of the Cathedral Church of York, and Simon Purdew, son of Richard, and grandson of John Purdew.

Defendant(s): William Typper, Margaret, Thornburgh, widow.

Subject of depositions: College of the Vicars Choral of the Cathedral Church of York, called "The Bederne" of the Cathedral Church, and the parsonage of Nether Wallop (Southampton). Tithes.

County/place: Yorkshire; Hampshire.

Date of commission: 18 November 1595.
