Description

Short title: Morrice v ap John.

Plaintiff(s): John Morrice.

Defendant(s): William ap John Lewes, Hugh ap Robert ap Tudder, John ap Robert ap Griffith.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Kilken, Trovarth, and Maesegwick (Denbighshire), in the lordship of Denbigh, belonging to Robert, late Earl of Leicester. Alleged trespass on said lands, and disobedience to an injunction out of the Court of Exchequer. Alleged encroachment by plaintiff on commons. Right of common of pasture. Survey.

County/place: Denbighshire.

Date of commission: 25 October 1595.
