Description

Short title: Drayton v Rogers.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Drayton, William Trevyllyan, John Pyterde, John Hodges, Robert Isacke, John Butler, tenants of the manor of Kingsbury (Somerset).

Defendant(s): Edward Rogers, John Stokes, John Lucock.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Kingsbury (formerly parcel of the bishopric of Bath and Wells), and the commons and wastes of said manor called Sharpham, Kingsbury, and Horsey. Common of pasture. Customs of manor. Survey. [Sir George Rogers is mentioned].

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 14 November 1595.
