Folios 189-190: Western Thomas, HMS Scorpion, Cove of Cork. Confirms arrived 20 February with HMS Pearl and Betty and Arum transports. Since arival the Master of the Arum has stated she is too light and cannot"carry" sail and Master of the Betty has the opposite. With advice from Rear Admiral Kingsmill have directed that 15 tons of shot and shell be removed from Betty to Arum.
