Folios 178-179: George Blagdon westcott, HMS Impregnable, Portsmouth. Abraham Willson, seaman on HMS Impregnable, entered (from the [Marrs of Poole]) on board HMS Assistance at Gibraltar in 1793. He was then turned over to HMS Stately where he was told he could not be paid the Bounty as he"entered out of the land". However John Hill and William Hayes, two of his shipmates who entered at the same time and are now serving on HMS Montagu, on the application of their Captain have been paid. Requests Admiralty direct that Abraham Willson be paid the Bounty as an Able Seaman.
