Folios 176-177: George Blagden Westcott, HMS Impregnable, Portsmouth. John Austin, who was Master at Arms of HMS Impregnable now being appointed Gunner on HMS Phaeton, Vice Admiral Caldwell has asked that the Admiralty appoint Michael Dutton, who has done the duty of Master at Arms since 22 April 1794, the day John Austin joined HMS Phaeton, in that capacity on HMS Impregnable.
