Folios 310-311: Wilson Rathbone, Regulating Captain, North Shields. Reports on the case of Robert Dawson aboard the tender HMS Lyra, and returns the Admiralty's enclosure. Dawson was impressed by Lieutenant Thomas Flinn at North Shields, having been found hiding ashore and with no protection.
Folios 312-313: enclosed with folios 310-311. Letter from Jonas Cockerill, North Shields, to the Admiralty, 21 December 1810. Asks permission to provide substitutes to Regulating Captain Wilson Rathbone for Robert Dawson, now aboard the tender HMS Lyra.
