Description

Folios 223-224: Charles Robinson, York Hotel, Bridge Street, Blackfriars. Because of the delay in receiving his certificate of service, thought better to come to London to be able to answer any questions. The enclosed certificate is made up from Pay Books of the various ships and so does not include his time as a volunteer or supernumerary. Asks that it be forwarded to [Lord Grenville ?]

Folio 225: enclosed with folios 223-224. Certificate of service issued by the Navy Office, 1 December 1806, detailing Commander Charles Robinson's service between 1767 and 1795 on 10 different ships.
