Folios 227-228: Fasham Roby, Gillingham, Kent. Recalls that in March 1804 he was appointed to the Sea Fencibles in Ireland, upon which he went to Dublin and was ordered by Rear Admiral James Hawkins Whitshed to proceed to Tarbert, on the banks of the River Shannon, at place himself under the orders of Captain William Wolesley. Seven days after he reached Tarbert he left again, having received an appointment to command HM Hired Armed Ship Rosina at Deptford. Asks to be reimbursed for the £70 it cost him to travel to Tarbert and back again.
