Description

Folios 217-218: Mark Robinson, 22 Arundel Street, Strand. Seeks employment and points out that he fitted out HMS Royal Sovereign for foreign service under Lord Nelson in 1805, expecting to command her at sea, but that as she was a flagship, Lord Barham wrote to him to say he could not continue in her.
