Folios 107-108: Orders signed by Rear Admiral Sir Thomas Troubridge, Commander in Chief, The Indies East of Ceylon, HMS Blenheim, Port Cornwallis, Prince of Wales Island, to Commander Edward Ratsey, HMS Harrier. As Captain Gilbert Heathcote of HMS Sir Edward Hughes in poor health and must return to England, Commander Ratsey is appointed as acting Captain. Counter-signed by James Clyde Harvey on behalf of the Admiral.
