Folios 109-110: W A Standert (Navy Agent), 3 Cliffords Inn. Encloses an order from Vice Admiral Lord Collingwood appointing Commander Robert Ramsey of HMS Morgiana as Captain of HMS Madras, asks for this to be confirmed.
Folios 111-112: enclosed with folios 109-110. Duplicate of an order signed by Vice Admiral Lord Collingwood, Commander in Chief, Mediterranean, HMS Ocean, off Cadiz, 21 September 1806, appointing Commander Robert Raynsford of HMS Morgiana as Captain of HMS Madras. Counter-signed by W R Cosway on behalf of the Admiral.
