Folios 96-97: Wilson Rathbone, HMS Santa Margarita, Falmouth. Reports his arrival from the River Tagus, encloses a copy of his orders and [not present] the state and condition of his ship.
Folios 98-99: enclosed with folios 96-97. Copy of orders signed by Admiral the Earl St Vincent, Commander in Chief, Channel Fleet, HMS Hibernia, the River Tagus, to Captain Wilson Rathbone, HMS Santa Margarita, 30 August 1806. He is ordered to carry mail and despatches to Falmouth and deliver them to Mr B Pender, the Agent for Packets, complete his provisions and return to the Tagus, bringing any mail and despatches for the squadron. Counter-signed by John Parker on behalf of the Admiral.
