Second party: Peter de Lekeburne [Legbourne], Robert de Scadeworze and William, Robert's son.
Place or subject: All John's lands and tenements with appurtenances in the vill and territory of Wytkale [Withcall]. Without any reservation. To hold to Peter, Robert and William for their lives in survivorship. Paying £10 yearly to John and Joan, his wife, and her heirs at two terms of the year, namely £5 at Michaelmas and £5 at the feast of St Botolph, for all secular services, customs and demands, and doing to the lords of the fee the services pertaining to those tenements.
