First party: Henry, son of William son of Ranulf de Widkal [Withcall].
Second party: Simon de Halvingham [Alvingham] of Luda [Louth].
Place or subject: Twelve acres of meadow lying in the meadows of Hofdayles between the meadow of the abbot and convent of Parclud [Louth Park] on the one side and the meadow of Lambert de Cocrington [Cockerington] on the other, with all liberties and easements. Without any reservation. For a certain sum of money which Simon gave to Henry in advance. To hold to Simon and his heirs or assigns of Henry and his heirs freely, quietly, entirely and peacefully, from Michaelmas 1269 for the term of two years next following and until he has fully received two crops.
