Place or subject: The whole land which Hamelin had lying at Pighelhirne between the lands of the monks of Parco Lude [Louth Park]. To hold of Hamelin and his heirs to Andrew and his heirs freely and quietly, absolutely and honourably, in right of inheritance, paying 4d yearly to Hamelin and his heirs, namely 2d at the feast of St Botolph and 2d at Martinmas, for all services, demands and secular exactions.
