First party: William, son of Walthef of Nortchotes [North Cotes].
Second party: John de Lascy [Lacy], constable of Chester.
Place or subject: Three bovates of land and one toft in Thoresbi [Thoresby] with all liberties and easements within the vill and outside, which three bovates Guy de la Vale gave to William with the toft. For this quitclaim John gave William £20.
