First party: Walter Bayard of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke].
Second party: Walter Ramett of Germethorp [Grainthorpe].
Place or subject: The whole right and claim which Walter Bayard had, or could have, in all lands and possessions which Nicholas de Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke] had and held in the vill and territories of Germethorp [Grainthorpe], and with which Walter is enfeoffed, excepting the lands and possessions in which Nicholas, son of Nicholas de Bolingbrok [Bolingbroke], is enfeoffed jointly with his father. To hold to Walter Ramett and his heirs and assigns of the chief lords of the fee by the services due and accustomed.
