Folio: 451v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter I. Quitclaim.
First party: Petronella de Tatton, with the assent and free will of Robert, her son and heir.
Second party: Ranulf, earl of Chester [Ranulf de Blundeville].
Place or subject: The whole tenement which Petronella had in Maubertorp [Mablethorpe] in Lindesia [Lindsey] which William son of Walter held of her.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Simon de Tusch'; Thomas Dispensatore [Despenser]; Roger de Canville; Philip de Orreb' [Orby]; Peter the clerk; Thomas the clerk of the earl of Chester; and Richard the clerk of Roullestorn.
