First party: Thomas, son of John de Luda [Louth].
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle of Salfledeb' [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One toft and croft which were of Robert son of Ailine in the vill of Salfledeb' [Saltfleetby] and which lie between the land of Odo Galle on the east side and the land of Clement son of Anger on the west side, and it extends towards the south upon Maredich and towards the north upon Aldsaltfled. Fully and entirely without any reservation. To hold to Andrew and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly and in inheritance, paying 16d yearly to the lord of the same fee at four terms of the year, namely 4d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St John the Baptist and Michaelmas, for all services and customs and demands. For this sale Andrew gave Thomas five marks.
