First party: Margaret, daughter of John Pentur of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: A moiety of the whole toft and croft and meadow with buildings, lying between the lands of Gilbert Pormort on the east side and the lands of the heirs of Ralph Ancke on the west side, whose sides abut towards the north upon the land of the abbot and convent of Parco Lude [Louth Park] and towards the south upon le Adicke, and a moiety of le Hutgang abutting upon le Maredic next to Philip's land on the west side, and a moiety of 4d of annual rent to be received from the heirs of Ranulf son of Maud, together with their service and appurtenances, and whatever could fall to her from the inheritance of her father, for five marks which Philip gave to Margaret in advance, and a moiety of the whole dower of Sibyl, Margaret's mother, which ought to fall to her after Sibyl's death from the inheritance of Margaret's father. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely and quietly in fee and inheritance, paying 12½d yearly to Gilbert son of Walter, and Anne, his wife, and their heirs at the terms of the soke for all services.
