First party: Robert, son of Margaret de Salfletteby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of Salfletebi [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One selion of land in the place called Forlandes, extending in length from Neusedic as far as the great bank lying between the lands of Herbert on the north side and of Walter son of Andrew, with his partners on the other side. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely and quietly with all easements.
County: [Lincolnshire].
