First party: Hawise, daughter of Robert son of Ayline of Saltfleteby [Saltfleetby], and widow.
Second party: Thomas, son of John de Luda [Louth].
Place or subject: Ten acres of land in the territory of Saltflethbi [Saltfleetby] in the toft and croft with all appurtenances and liberties within the vill and outside pertaining to those acres, namely those ten acres of land which lie between the land of Odo Galle and the land of Anger son of Ayline, and it extends upon Maredic towards the south and upon Aldsaltflet towards the north. To hold to Thomas and his heirs or assigns of the abbot of Langneth freely and quietly, paying 16d yearly to the abbot, namely at four terms, 4d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St John the Baptist and Michaelmas, for all service, exaction and custom.
