Folios: 361v-362. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Quitclaim.
First party: Maud, daughter of Robert, son of Alyne de Saltfleteby [Saltfleetby], with the advice and consent of his heirs.
Second party: Thomas, son of John de Luda [Louth].
Place or subject: Ten acres of land in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby] in the toft and croft with all appurtenances and liberties within the vill and outside, namely those ten acres of land which lie between the land of Odo Galle and the land of Anger son of Ayline, and extends upon Maredic towards the south and upon Aldsalflet towards the north. To hold to Thomas and his heirs of assigns of the abbot of Langneth freely and quietly, paying 16d yearly to the abbot, namely 4d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St John the Baptist and Michaelmas, for all service, exaction and custom.
