First party: Martin Curteys of Yerthburt [Yarburgh], with the advice and consent of his wife and heirs.
Second party: Thomas, son of John de Luda [Louth].
Place or subject: All Martin's right and claim in a certain part of land of Saltfletb' [Saltfleetby], namely in ten acres of land in the toft and croft, which were of Robert, son of Ayline of the same vill, namely those ten acres of land which lie between the land of Odo Galle and the land of Anger son of Ayline. To hold to Thomas and his heirs or assigns, doing the service to the abbot of Langneth, just as the charter, which he has, concerning this, bears witness.
